Online Purchases:
Will have a max 5 day shipping policy.
I carefully inspect all plants before shipping, if there is an issue with your plants health please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package. Other than health issues, I do not accept returns. I carefully package and ship every plant with care and love. I am not responsible for handling errors included but not limited to leaf loss, cold or heat damage, parcel mishandling, or delay. If by chance your plant comes damaged or does not arrive, we can help you file a claim, but again I am not responsible. Filing a claim is the only way to receive a refund in this case.
