Online Purchases:
Will have a max 5 day shipping policy.
I carefully inspect all plants before shipping, if there is an issue with your plants health please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package. Other than health issues or if plant was frozen / melted during transit I do not accept returns. I carefully package and ship every plant with care and love. I am not responsible for USPS, UPS, or Fedex handling errors included but not limited to leaf loss, parcel mishandling, or delay. If by chance your plant comes damaged or does not arrive, we can help you file a claim. Filing a claim is the only way to receive a refund in this case.
Winter shipping policy (December - May):
Heat packs are recommended to be added during the colder months for nights under 35 degrees.
These heat packs supply your plants with 72 hours of warmth but are not meant to protect plants after being delivered. Please be sure to get your plants shortly after it arrives in colder months or make alternate arrangements. I hope this helps your plant(s) arrive in good condition and stay warm during their transit. If you choose to not purchase a heat pack in cold months, I will not be responsible for any damages related to the cold.
